What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, the following actions are taken:

Your login credentials and profile are permanently removed.
Your personal data (name, email, role assignment) is deleted from our servers.
Log entries you created will be anonymized — the data remains for your organization's records but will no longer be linked to your identity.
If you are the only Admin, you must transfer admin rights to another user before deleting your account.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your profile or re-access the app with the same credentials.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
