Yes. MushroomOps is built offline-first. Workers can log data on the farm floor — inside bunkers, tunnels, or anywhere with no signal. Entries queue locally on the phone and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Zero data loss.
Workers have access only to data-entry screens required for their shift: submitting daily logs and entering harvest weights. They are hard-locked out of AI Analytics, financials, billing, and Farm Settings. Only Admins can view top-level farm operations.
AI features (AI Analyst and Ask AI) are available exclusively to Admin accounts on Growth and Enterprise plans. The AI is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) -- you configure your preferred AI provider in settings.
No. For your farm's security, each worker account can only be logged into one device at a time. If a worker signs in on a new phone, their previous device is instantly signed out. Admin accounts can be active on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
Your data is stored securely in enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Only your farm's team members can access your farm's data. Each user role has strict access controls, and all log entries are attributed to the individual who created them.
If your trial ends or subscription expires and you do not reactivate within 90 days, all farm data — growing rooms, daily logs, harvest records, dispatch records, quality inspections, photos, and AI reports — is permanently and irreversibly deleted. This protects your privacy and keeps the platform fast. We send email warnings before deletion. You can contact support to request a data export during the grace period.
Each growing room can receive a maximum of 10 data updates per day. This applies across all plans and keeps the platform running efficiently. For most operations, 10 updates per room per day is more than sufficient.
